Contact your Guild Outreach Officers for support, member concerns, or help resolving a conflict.
Confidential, with your identity visible to staff. Only you, GOO officers, and Imperial Regents can read your ticket and its images. Other members cannot see it. Your Discord identity is visible to those officers; this service does not offer anonymous reporting. Site operators with database or storage access can also access stored records.
How your information is handled
Tickets and images remain stored until a site operator deletes them. You can ask GOO to request removal. Access is restricted, but this is not end-to-end encrypted. Officers check the queue directly; automatic Discord or email notifications are not enabled.
